The article «Legal issues of Islamic financing» of Dauren Mukatayev, Partner of Law Firm BEM Legal is published in the republican business weekly journal "Курсивь", and considers advantages of issuance of Islamic securities, expectative legislative loophole at its circulation in the market, questions arising out of collision of norms of Kazakhstan legislation and principles of Islamic financing.

BEM Consulting Group have been officially named as a Partner of the IIId Astana Economic Forum which took place on July 1-2, 2010 in the Palace of Independence in Astana, Kazakhstan.

BEM Legal has concluded a Memorandum on cooperation with the consulting company of the Republic of Tajikistan "Эхсо audit" LLP. Cooperation with "Эхсо audit" LLP will allow to clients and partners of BEM Legal who interested in business dealing in Tajikistan, to receive detailed information on investment climate and the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and to secure entering into new market.

The present generation is indebted to the veterans of World War II and recognizing this, the BEM Consulting group took part in the celebration.
In anticipation of the celebration of Victory initiative BEM Consulting group visited the veterans of the war and handed flowers and gifts. During the conversation the veterans told us about battles in which they participated, whilst defending their homeland, shared memories of the harsh realities of war.
