In order to improve the quality of clients' planning and project management, increase employee productivity, simplify processes, and reporting to clients on progress, Consulting Group «BEM» introduced Russia's first time management system for professionals «ProjectMate» (resource and project management, time and costs billing, maintenance payments from clients).
Project Mate demonstrates a new approach to the management of professional activity that can substantially improve efficiency and performance.
Project Mate belongs to a class of PSA-Systems - Professional Services Automation, widely represented in the western market, but not yet introduced in Kazakhstan.
For clients of the Group «BEM», the introduction of this system will provide accurate and complete information about project at any stage, enabling complition of the instructions in the shortest time, the process also provides a pricing of services ensuring that unnecessary cost are not incurred by client.
