BEM Appraisal has participated in the first rating of Kazakhstanappraisal companies organized by Expert RA Kazakhstan agency in July 2010. As a result BEM Appraisal was named as one of the top three companies in appraisal market of Kazakhstan.
The main criteria of choosing the best participant from the list were total revenue of appraisal services for the period of year 2009.

On 22 July 2010 at the extraordinary Congress of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of the Republic of Kazakhstan Managing Partner of the BEM Legal LLP Madina Sypatayeva has been appointed as Arbitrator (arbitration judge) of the International Arbitration and Arbitration courts of the CCI.
We are recommending our clients to put arbitration clause in contracts of contested case hearing in Arbitration courts of the CCI.

The present generation is indebted to the veterans of World War II and recognizing this, the BEM Consulting group took part in the celebration.
In anticipation of the celebration of Victory initiative BEM Consulting group visited the veterans of the war and handed flowers and gifts. During the conversation the veterans told us about battles in which they participated, whilst defending their homeland, shared memories of the harsh realities of war.
